Training and resources for sports professionals working with disabled people
Sense’s training was really informative and engaging, especially the opportunity to hear from an expert coach already delivering activities to disabled people with complex needs.
Sports Coach, Loughborough

Disabled people with complex needs are amongst the least active in society.
- 40% of disabled people are inactive – around twice the percentage of non-disabled people.
- 50% of people with five or more impairments are inactive.
- Disabled people with complex needs are three times more likes to describe their health as bad, compared to the general public.
Sense Active has a range of training, resources and support available to help those in the Sport and Physical Activity sector offer accessible opportunities for disabled people with complex needs.
All Sense Active workshops are endorsed by CIMSPA and delegates can obtain CPD points for attending.
